Where applicable we take into account any valuable items that can be used to off set the cost of the clearance and or the commercial recycling fees. In some instances we can offer a free house clearance or pay you if the goods/ chattels exceed the cost of the property being cleared.

If we are conducting a house clearance on your behalf we can off set the value of the goods against the cost of the job e.g labour and commercial tipping fee’s or simply pay you by cheque bank transfer.

We can also purchase individual items from which can be a great way to make some space, raise some capital or simply have a change around to usher in the new.
