I can't praise this company... high enough. From dealing with Kim in the office through to the team who cleared my late Mother's house, everyone was fantastic. Clearing a property in these circumstances is never easy but I was treated in a kind and compassionate manner. I was really impressed that every precaution was taken to protect the carpets and after the team had finished removing everything they hoovered and tidied up too. Would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.read more

The two man team who came to... clear my property offered a super job. They were professional , attentive, efficient, considerate and kind hearted. They took extremely great care not to damage the property and hoovered the premises before they left.Knowing that Bluebird try and donate every suitable item towards good causes is also a big plus as far as I am concerned.I had heard so many horrible stories about house clearance companies , Bluebird is one you can trust without worrying.Thumbs up!read more

From start to finish the team... were excellent. The booking process very straightforward with prompt and clear communication. On the day the removal team worked at our pace with a great ‘can do’ attitude. Highly recommend... Bluebird.Had to clear a house after 35 years of my Mother living there. Not easy as I also live abroad. Thought could be done in ten days, but after two days at it realised big mistake. Found Bluebird contacted them told them my problem and they could of not have been more comprehensive.After two sessions the house is clear, clean and ready.Hassle free from day one with the whole team, great communication and even received a video of the house cleared and clean, as by then away from UK.What could of been a nightmare, was made easy by Bluebird, also knowing things going to charity is a big plus.Keep the good work up and thank you very much for your workWould highly recommend Bluebird and the whole team.read more

We used Bluebird to do a flat... clearance. They were able to provide a suitable date and the quote was reasonable. Prior to the date they provided details of how the move would be done. The clearance team communicated well, they arrived on time and kept me up to date throughout the job. There was no need for me to clean after they left as they had vacuumed throughout.read more
